Jobly, Alma’s new recruitment brand created to replace Monster, was built on a meaningful positioning and a clear sense of purpose. As an innovative and value-driven platform powered by Upright’s impact data, it enables transparent, accurate matches between skills and values. The Jobly wordmark and emblem were designed to capture individuality and compatibility, serving as a distinctive storytelling device for the brand.
The name and visual identity reflect a smart, approachable, and imperfectly human character—confidently positive and full of personality. A unique motion language extends this spirit, drawing rhythm and energy from the movement of the wordmark’s letters. The new identity was encapsulated in a comprehensive Brand Book and launched through a bold, motion-led campaign.
